Your order will be dispatched from our Australian Warehouse on the Gold Coast QLD. We'll send you an email with tracking.

Dispatch time:

We will get your goodies packaged up as fast as humanly possible. We’re a small team, who pack 3 days a week. Please allow 2-7 business days dispatch time or 3-10 during xmas. Express orders are always bumped to the top of our dispatch list.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL) - permission granted by you for courier to leave your package at delivery location. Please ensure there is a secure place to leave it. Six things shop cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged as a result of selecting this option. 
  • Signature delivery (SIGN) - is an extra cost. You must be present to sign to receive package. Signature delivery is fully insured. 
  • Redelivery will incur extra cost. Parcels which are returned to SIX things as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
  • We recycle boxes and packing as much as possible, so yes your purchase is helping us save the environment.

 

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for undeliverable or uncollected parcels. 
  • Six things is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Couriers will cover up to $100 in damages. Please ensure all packaging is kept in case further investigation is required.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our courier. 
  • Please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees.

We recommend express post for the entire month of December as all couriers are very busy.

  • Standard shipping before 14th Dec - Express post orders by 20th.

REGIONAL for ALL states plus METRO Perth, Hobart and Darwin, Australia post shipping time:

  • Standard shipping before 8th Dec - Express post orders by 16th.
